Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Customers, Authorized Users, and anyone acting through their accounts. It supplements the Terms of Service and is intended to protect the Service, tenant boundaries, end customers, and third parties.

This controlled draft does not become enforceable until approved by counsel and incorporated into an accepted agreement.

2. Lawful and Authorized Use

Users may use OperelliOS only for lawful business purposes and only within the permissions, workflows, and access rights assigned to them.

• Do not use the Service to commit, facilitate, promote, or conceal illegal activity.
• Do not submit information that you do not have the right or lawful basis to collect, use, or disclose.
• Do not impersonate another person or business, forge identity or authorization, or misrepresent the origin of a communication.
• Do not use the Service to defraud customers, workers, vendors, financial institutions, or public authorities.

3. Security and Platform Integrity

Users must not interfere with or attempt to defeat the Service’s security, tenant-isolation, identity, policy, audit, or operational controls.

• No unauthorized access, privilege escalation, credential theft, or tenant-boundary bypass attempts.
• No malware, ransomware, malicious code, destructive payloads, or harmful files.
• No probing, scanning, testing, or exploitation of vulnerabilities without prior written authorization under an approved security-testing process.
• No disabling, evading, or manipulating audit logs, approval gates, rate limits, abuse controls, or public-link safeguards.
• No use of shared credentials or automated credential stuffing.
• No interference with availability, integrity, or performance through denial-of-service activity or resource exhaustion.

4. Data and Privacy Abuse

Users must respect the rights and reasonable expectations of the people whose information they place in the Service.

• No unlawful surveillance, stalking, harassment, doxxing, or discriminatory profiling.
• No collection or disclosure of highly sensitive information without a lawful business need and approved product safeguards.
• No scraping or bulk extraction of data belonging to another tenant or third party.
• No attempts to re-identify data represented as aggregated or de-identified.
• No sale, rental, or unrelated monetization of data obtained through unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Communications and Spam

Current Gate 0 terms do not authorize bulk SMS, email marketing, voice, or call recording. Those features require separate operational and legal gates before activation.

Where the Service supports customer communications, users must have the permissions and consents required by applicable law and must honor opt-out and suppression requests.

Users may not send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful solicitations, abusive content, or messages that conceal the sender’s identity.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not use the Service to create, store, transmit, or promote content or conduct that is unlawful or materially harmful.

• Threats, targeted harassment, exploitation, or instructions intended to cause physical harm.
• Material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights.
• Fraudulent estimates, invoices, payment records, licenses, certifications, reviews, or business identities.
• Malicious or deceptive customer-facing proposals, links, or documents.
• Sexual exploitation content or other illegal content.
• Activity that violates sanctions, export controls, or anti-corruption laws applicable to the parties.

7. AI Misuse

Users must not treat AI output as authoritative where human review or deterministic verification is required.

• Do not instruct AI to bypass permissions, approvals, tenant boundaries, or audit controls.
• Do not use AI output as the sole basis for final prices, taxes, invoice totals, refunds, payments, permissions, or legal commitments.
• Do not intentionally submit prohibited sensitive information to AI-Assisted Features.
• Do not represent AI-generated content as verified professional, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or licensing advice.
• Do not deploy AI-generated customer communications without required review and approval.

8. Technical and Commercial Restrictions

Except as allowed by applicable law or written authorization, users may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, frame, mirror, benchmark for publication, or create derivative services from protected portions of the Service.

Users may not use automated tools to access the Service at a volume or pattern that exceeds documented limits, disrupts other tenants, or avoids ordinary user controls.

Users may not resell access, operate an unauthorized service bureau, or use the Service to build a directly substitutive product from non-public OperelliOS materials.

9. Fair Use and Resource Protection

OperelliOS may apply documented technical limits to protect reliability, security, and fair access. Any usage limit represented publicly should match the actual product and commercial offer.

No “unlimited” entitlement is created by this draft.

10. Investigation and Enforcement

OperelliOS may investigate suspected violations using proportionate, tenant-scoped, auditable methods.

Depending on severity and urgency, action may include warning, removal or restriction of content, rate limiting, temporary suspension, revocation of a public link, termination under the Terms, preservation of evidence, or reporting where legally required.

Where practical, OperelliOS should provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect security, safety, legal compliance, or another tenant.
